FAQ
How do you prepare your horse for the session?
You may want to exercise your horse prior to my arrival, this will help with a seamless and hopefully stress free session.
You want your horse to look their best! Your horse should be clean and prepped as if you were ready to step into the show pen! Your tack should also be clean and free of any debris
Should you band or braid? - it looks beautiful but it's not required! Totally up to you!
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in London, Ontario. I will travel in a 50 km radius included in your package price
My travel rates are $0.50 per kilometer outside my 50 km travel radius
Travelling out of province would require all travel expenses paid
Do you do Barn/Farm discounts?
Yes, I do! If you can gather some friends to join in your shoot I offer discounts on all my packages. 2-4 packages booked per location will receive $25 off their package price and 5+ packages booked will receive $50 off their package price
How do I prepare myself for the session?
Once you book your session I can provide you with a style guide for inspiration.
You may want to wear your show clothes but also bring something that you feel confident and comfortable in.
Remember to remove things like activity watches, hair bands and cell phones.
What will you edit?
Editing included in your session includes removing cuts, scrapes or scars, flies, slobber marks from your horse during the session, and minimal editing of dirt.
If horse or tack is excessively dirty I will not edit it out.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within a maximum of 6 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season) You can download all the photos from the gallery, but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
